Deliveries & Returns

UK Delivery Charges:

  • FREE - Free Standard UK Delivery available on orders of £50 and over.

  • £3.95 - Standard UK Delivery (3-5 working days)

  • £4.95 - UK Next Working Day / 2 Days in Scottish Highlands, N.I & Islands ( Order Before 3pm - Monday to Friday) 
  • £8.95 - Saturday Delivery (Orders placed before 3pm on Friday) *Excluding UK National Holidays

Standard delivery days are Monday to Friday only (excludes UK National Holidays).* Scottish Highlands & Islands may encounter a two day delivery window.

International Delivery Charges:

  • FREE - Standard Delivery on orders of £100 and over.

  • £8.95 - Standard European Delivery (3-5 days).

  • £12.95 - Standard Worldwide Delivery (5-10 days). 

    Express International Services are available in selected countries. You can see if Express International Services are available in your country at the checkout.

All International orders are sent with either Interlink Express, DPD, DHL or Royal Mail depending on location and selected service, using a fully trackable service and will require a signature on delivery.

Returns (UK & Worldwide):

To return an item to Masters Of Ceremony, please fill out your returns form, which is on the back of the invoice you recieved and post your unsuitable item(s) back to: Masters Of Ceremony LTD, PO BOX 3609, Stoke on Trent, ST3 9EY within 14 calender days of recieving your order.

Please note:

- All items returned to us must be in the original condition and packaging in which they were sold. Where reasonable care has not been taken we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or cover any loss.

- When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

You will be responsible for any return postage costs (and any customs or duty charges if applicable) and, for your security, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage in case of loss or damage. All returned items are the customer's responsibility until they arrive back with us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit.
